Wenjuan ZHAO is the Office Manager for the Global Environmental Innovation Fund (GEIF). She is responsible for formulating the GEIF program strategy and project development. Wenjuan works closely with applicants to the fund during application, implementation, and completion of the project.

Prior to joining GEI in 2017, she worked as a project officer at the China Red Cross Society. With many years of experience managing large-scale government projects, she developed close relationships across many levels of government nationally and internationally. In addition, Wenjuan also worked as the office manager at international charity foundation, making her very familiar with administrative tasks in an international work environment.

Wenjuan graduated from Sichuan Foreign Studies University with a bachelor’s degree in English Translation and master’s degree in English and American Literature.
